Three pass types for three real situations.
Most visits are one-time and short — a friend, a delivery, a contractor. Three taps and done. But life on a property isn't just guests, and we built passes for the rest of it.
- One-time pass: single visit, expires when you say.
- Routine pass: for your cleaner / driver / regular contractor. Days of week, time window, per-day limit. One QR they reuse.
- Passport request: for visitors with no phone. The guardhouse hands them a printed card after verifying ID.
You decide how visitors are handled.
Your house, your rules. The app respects them.
- ID only: a visitor with no pass is admitted once the guard takes their ID. The default, and what most gates already do.
- Call first: the guard rings you from the gate and waits for your answer.
- Accept only QR passes: no pass, no entry, and nobody phones you.
- Pause visitors: one tap, for tonight or all week. Every denied attempt notifies you.
See who came in under your name.
When a visitor enters under your pass, you get a push notification with their photo, the gate name, and the timestamp — within 5 seconds. Every entry shows up in your Events tab with the guard's capture.
If something looks wrong, one tap flags it for admin review.
Your account carries the rest of it.
